The group can’t see me

Your group sees you during an active drive together, and Rallyist needs location access for that. Check Settings → Rallyist → Location on your iPhone and choose While Using or Always.

My drive wasn’t saved

Drives shorter than 200 m or a minute are not kept. If you lost signal, the drive is saved on your phone and uploads when you are back online.

Cancel or change Pro

On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Rallyist. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.

Restore a purchase

Open the Pro screen in Rallyist and tap Restore, signed in with the same Apple account you bought with.

Delete your account

In Rallyist: Settings → Your data & account → Delete your account. We sign you out and delete the account after 7 days. Sign back in within those 7 days to cancel.

Download your data

Settings → Your data & account → Request data export. We let you know when the file is ready.
